Every time I read this, I want to cry at "Is everyone widowed?" "Everyone in the world."
It means something for me. Perhaps too much, but it's much of why I'm here.

Oh bravo. Like all your work this is so beautifully and sharply written and the premise of the bet such a cute construct. Lovely. It always leaves me chuckling. I re-read your pieces often and SO wish you were still writing in this fandom. Thank you for all you've given us.

This was very, very nice. I love reading Illya POV and the characterisation was spot on - these men felt grown up and dangerous.

Such imagery, and wonderfully realized characterizations. And the "precious trouble" that breaks out in Illya's chest....simply lovely.
