I loved this. I have always detested the view of Waverly as a raging homophobe - this is much more the view - not just my own view, but I believe the character as portrayed by Leo. This was warm, and sweet without being at all sappy, and it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you.

A beautiful piece of writing that I am so glad fits into this series. I always did feel that Mr Waverley was like a father figure to both of them and it's very nicely put down here.
